Direct Primary Care (DPC)
DPC is a patient-centered model focused on restoring the doctor-patient relationship whereby healthcare is delivered directly to you with transparency, and at an affordable price without the need for any health insurance company involvement. This is a cash-based method of healthcare delivery at the convenience of the patient through inpatient visits or secured telemedicine/virtual visits.
Our Board Certified healthcare providers are here for all of your healthcare needs, including diagnostic treatment and prevention of a variety of illnesses. We administer vaccinations, assess health status with annual screenings, provide pre-employment, school or sports physicals, and so much more! We’re here to meet your healthcare needs.

UHM's primary care offers continuing and comprehensive wellness and preventive services throughout your life and for all group groups. Our goals are to help prevent or solve any ongoing health problems while improving the patient’s overall wellbeing by managing common health conditions.
Preventive & Ongoing Care
With our convenient evening and weekend hours, it’s easy to be seen for your ongoing healthcare needs. Our licensed healthcare providers can help to prevent a variety of illnesses to keep you well. They can also help to treat ongoing health concerns, such as high blood pressure or high cholesterol, while providing refills on medications already prescribed by your primary care provider.

Vaccines & Injections
Routine vaccinations are one of the easiest ways to keep yourself healthy. UHM provides annual flu vaccines, COVID-19 vaccinations, routine child and adult immunizations, catch-up vaccines and travel vaccines. We also administer injections, such as allergy shots or B-12 injections, at your provider’s discretion.
Physicals & Wellness Screenings
Whether you’re starting a new job or gearing up for the next sports season, our clinicians can help make sure you’re in the best shape beforehand. We offer pre-employment physicals, annual sports physicals, back-to-school physicals and more. UHM also offers a number of health screenings to help detect and prevent certain diseases.
Virtual Care
With a virtual visit, you can expect to receive the same high-quality healthcare as delivered in person at a clinic. The two-way video chat allows you to work with a provider from the comfort of your home or from your smartphone. During the virtual visit, one of our knowledgeable healthcare providers will discuss your health concerns and employ appropriate care.
Reproductive & Sexual Health
UHM provides convenient access to many reproductive and sexual health services, including sexually transmitted infection (STI) screenings and treatment, counseling and prescription of birth control. Our licensed healthcare practitioners are also equipped to diagnose and treat urinary tract infections and vaginal yeast infections.

At UHM, we have convenient, quality care to meet the need of all. Our prices are those that will be charged to patients who are uninsured or prefer to pay out of pocket and pay in full at the time of service. We welcome cash and credit cards. Our charges vary based on the number of symptoms or conditions a patient has, and whether we provide more than one service. If you will like to use your insurance to cover your visit cost, we are happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance provider, to then be reimbursed for at a later time. You will still be responsible for your bill at the time of care. Labs, tests and additional services may result in additional charges.
